Monthly listing management pays for human work each week: posts, photos, review requests, replies, corrections and reporting. A very low price usually means automatic posts and no human. Compare the weekly task list and the report before you compare the price.
The work behind the price
A monthly fee pays for time. Here is the honest weekly time for one listing.
- A post written for the trade and the season: 15 minutes.
- Photos selected, named and uploaded: 15 minutes.
- Review requests and replies: 20 minutes.
- A check for changes and corrections: 10 minutes.
- A map scan and a report: 20 minutes.
That is between one and two hours each week for one listing, with a person who knows the trade. Price the service against that time.
How to spot an automatic service
- The posts use stock images, not photos of your jobs.
- The posts say the same thing each month with a different date.
- Nobody asks you for photos or for information about new services.
- The report shows views and impressions, and no position.
- Review replies are identical.
An automatic service is not always bad value at a low price. It will not hold a position in a competitive market.
Three questions that reveal the difference
- Show me last week's post for a client in my trade. A real service can show it in a minute.
- How do you measure my position? The answer must include many locations, not one.
- What do you need from me each month? A real service needs photos and information. A service that needs nothing does nothing.
What we charge
We have one plan. Super LS is $995 each month, with no contract. The full task list is on the what is included page.
If that is more than your budget, use our free course and tools and do the work yourself. We publish the same method that we use.
