The steps
We do almost all of the work. We need you for the verification step only.
We look for the listings that exist
Old listings, duplicate listings and unclaimed listings cause problems later. We find them before we make a new listing.
We create or claim the listing
If a listing exists, we help you to request the ownership. If no listing exists, we create one in your name.
You do the Google verification
Google selects the verification method. Usually you record a short video of your business or your work vehicle. We tell you what to record.
We set up the listing
We set the main category, your services, the hours, the service areas, the telephone number, the website and a clear description.
We add photos and give you the access
The listing goes live with real photos. You stay the owner. We are a manager.

How long does the verification take?
The time depends on the Google method. Google verifies some businesses on the same day. Other businesses wait one or two weeks. Google can also ask for more information.
Must I show my home address?
No. If you go to your customers, select a service area. Google then keeps your address private.
Another person claimed my business. Can you help?
Yes. Google has a process for an ownership request. We send the request and we monitor the answer.
Who is the owner of the listing?
You are the owner. The listing is in your name. We are a manager. If you stop the work with us, remove our access.
