These terms apply when you use localseomarketing.agency or subscribe to our services. By subscribing or using the site, you agree to them.
Our services
Super LS is a monthly subscription. Our team manages your local SEO marketing, including work on your Google Business Profile, as described on our website. The exact tasks each month depend on your business, your listing, and your market.
Price and billing
Super LS costs $995 each month. Stripe charges you in U.S. dollars. The subscription continues each month on the same date until you cancel it. We send you an email before a price change.
Cancellation and refunds
There is no contract. To cancel, send an email to team@localseomarketing.agency. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. After that date we do not charge you again. We do not give a refund for part of a month.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile, and access to other accounts we need to do the work
- Timely answers to our questions, and photos or details when we ask for them
Delays in access or information can delay results.
Ownership of your accounts
Your Google Business Profile, your website and your other accounts stay yours. We operate as a manager, not as an owner. After a cancellation, remove our access at any time. We help you with this task.
No guaranteed rankings
Google decides the positions of the businesses, and Google changes its systems frequently. We do not guarantee a position, a number of calls or an amount of money. We promise the work on this website, the Google guidelines, and an honest report.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Local SEO Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or actions taken by Google or other platforms, such as suspensions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. We then put the new version on this page with a new effective date. We also send an email to the active subscribers about an important change.
