How to use these

  1. Make your link with the review link builder.
  2. Copy the template for your trade.

The reminder message

Send this three days later, one time. Then stop.

"Hi [name], just a quick reminder. If you have a minute for a Google review, here is the link: [link]. Thank you from all of us at [business]."

Before you send

  • Send to each customer, not only the satisfied customers.
  • Do not offer a discount, a gift or a competition entry.
  • Ask for an "honest review", not a "5-star review".
  • Get permission before you send text messages.
  • Dental offices and law firms: do not name the treatment or the case.

The reasons are on our review guide.

Common questions

Can I send the same message to every customer?

Yes. Use the template for your trade. Change the name of the customer, and nothing else.

What if the customer does not answer?

Send one reminder after three days. Then stop. More messages damage the relationship.

Can I put the link on an invoice?

Yes. A link or a QR code on an invoice works well. Send the text message as well.
